ON-SITE ACCOMMODATIONS RULES

BOOKINGS:

All camping spots must be booked through Ride Rock Creek’s official website and may not be purchased on-site. Ride Rock Creek & Event Staff reserve the right to ask you to leave the property for rule violations. Please select the duration of days you will be utilizing your camping space with the calendar widget (i.e: Friday, March 21st – Sunday, March 23rd).

PRICING:

The price per spot is a daily fee, not a weekend fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail to info@riderockcreek.com – No refunds will be issued after March 19, 2025.

HOOKUPS, WATER, & BATHROOMS:

There are no hookups provided for van/RV campers.

There will be no potable water available in the camping area. There is water up by the shop.

Portable toilets will be the only available bathrooms for campers.

FOOTPRINT ASSIGNMENTS:

One (1) space per van/tent/RV. Footprint allocation and assignments will be made based on space requirements and van/tent/RV size not to exceed the purchased space size. Van and tent camping is a 20’x20′ space with a two vehicle limit. RV spaces are 40’x20′ with a two vehicle limit. Space assignment will be guaranteed until the time of check-in. Promoters reserve the right to last-minute changes.

CHECK-IN/SET-UP/ARRIVAL:

Check-in will be at the Rock Creek Bike Shop on Friday from 10-5pm and Saturday/Sunday 9am to 5pm.

QUIET HOURS:

All campers must adhere to the 9 pm-7 am quiet hours. Loud noises and bright lights of any sort must be turned off by 9 pm and not turned on again until 7 am. There is a strict no-generator rule during these hours. If any of these rules are broken the Event Staff has the right to remove you from the property at any given time with no refund. Please be respectful of your fellow campers as well as our neighbors.

GENERATORS:

Generators are allowed but MUST be turned off during quiet hours.

SECURITY:

No security will be provided in the van/RV area. Camper takes full responsibility for the security of their belongings/valuables at all times.

PET POLICY:

Ride Rock Creek allows pets in the pit/parking/van & RV area but pets MUST be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended at any time. Clean up after your pet(s). Ride Rock Creek reserves the right to ask for your pet(s) to be removed at any given time.

TRASH/DUMPING:

All trash, ground litter, waste, etc. must be cleaned from the vendor space and regularly taken to the trash cans. Do not dump any grey water. Failure to comply may result in a minimum $200 fine.

FIRES:

Please keep fires in designated fire rings. Firewood is available for sale in our shop.
