READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!

  • Waivers are required for anyone on the property. Children under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.
  • Full-face helmets are required.
  •  The park is open rain or shine, but if you’d like to change your pass to a different day, prior to riding, please inquire via email. 
  • Once you have started riding, there are no refunds on the passes. No exceptions
  • The monthly subscription offered on our website is automatically recurring, unless you cancel or pause it before it renews. To change/cancel your monthly membership, check the email you received when you purchased the pass. In the email, there is a link to our site to edit your subscription (riderockcreek.com/login). On the page, select ‘Hold’ or ‘Cancel’. It is up to the subscriber to cancel/change their membership. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions.
  • Monthly memberships are valid for 30 days from purchase
  • Season passes are valid for 6 months and have start and end dates. We offer a spring/summer and a fall/winter. Below you will find the specifics for these.
  • Annual passes are valid for 365 days from purchase
  • You MUST check in at the shop to receive your wristband, even if you purchased online
  • Monthly members and annual pass holders must check in every time they ride
  • Passes & memberships are non-transferrable. Each pass is unique to that rider for the specified duration.

    Full access ride + trail pass to the park for the day! You'll have full access to both jump/loam and freeride trails. Levels range from Easy, Intermediate, and Expert level.
