Future Frameworks 2025 Ride Rock Creek Bike Park Use Agreement
This Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of signing by and between Future Frameworks ("Team"), and the undersigned rider(s) ("Rider(s)") of the 2025 Future Frameworks Team.
- Authorized Access
Only members of the 2025 Future Frameworks Team are permitted to access and ride on Ride Rock Creek property outside of normal business hours. No non-team riders, friends, or other individuals are allowed to ride on the property during non-operational hours.
- Waiver Requirement
All 2025 Future Frameworks Team Riders must have a current waiver on file with Ride Rock Creek in order to participate in any activities on the property.
- Shuttle Vehicle Usage
- Shuttling must be done in personal vehicles only.
- Vehicle speeds must not exceed 20 mph at any time.
- Drivers must exercise caution, as there are work vehicles and Side-by-Side (SXS) machines present on the shuttle road during weekdays. The shuttle vehicle driver must yield the right of way to these vehicles and stay alert for blind spots, as the road is narrow.
- 72-Hour Notice Requirement
Riders must provide at least 72 hours' notice to Ride Rock Creek contact David Kahn regarding the intended ride days and times. This notice ensures that trail crew operations can proceed safely and without disruption.
- Restricted Access During Weekdays
- Riders will not have access to the shop or facilities during weekday shuttle times.
- Riders must obey all trail closure signs and postings during these times.
- Riders must yield the right of way to trail crew, machines, and work vehicles at all times while on the property.
- General Safety and Conduct
All riders agree to conduct themselves in a manner that prioritizes safety and cooperation with the operational needs of Ride Rock Creek. This includes but is not limited to following all posted guidelines and directives from staff.
By signing this Agreement, the undersigned agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein and acknowledges that failure to adhere to the provisions of this Agreement may result in revocation of riding privileges.
- Normal Operations Access
Riders of Future Frameworks will be granted access to Ride Rock Creek on the weekends (public hours) but must complete the online pass process using the following discount code: ‘FutureFrameworks2025’. Riders must always check in at the Ride Rock Creek shop during normal business hours to obtain wristbands for shuttle access.
