VAN & RV CAMPING RULES

BOOKINGS:

All van & RV spots must be booked through Ride Rock Creek’s official website and may not be purchased on-site. Van & RV spaces are designed for participants or visitors that are looking to stay on-site in their vehicles. THERE WILL BE NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED. Ride Rock Creek & Event Staff reserve the right to ask you to leave the property for rule violations. Please select the duration of days you will be utilizing your camping space with the calendar widget (i.e: Wednesday, July 12th – Sunday, July 16th).

PRICING:

The price per van & RV space is for the entire duration of the event and not a daily fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail to nationalchamps@riderockcreek.com – No refunds will be issued after July 7, 2023.

HOOKUPS, WATER, & BATHROOMS:

There are no hookups provided for van/RV campers.

There will be no potable water available in the van/RV area.

Portable toilets will be the only available bathrooms for van/RV campers.

FOOTPRINT ASSIGNMENTS:

One (1) space per van/RV. Footprint allocation and assignments will be made based on space requirements and van/RV size not to exceed the purchased space size. Space assignment will be guaranteed until the time of check-in. Promoters reserve the right to last-minute changes.

Van & RV location is final and will be at the discretion of the Event Team. No refunds will be made for any reason.

CHECK-IN/SET-UP/ARRIVAL:

Check-in will be at the front entrance of the park with the head parking attendant. Contact David Kahn at nationalchamps@riderockcreek.com with any issues. Check-in will open on Tuesday, July 11th at 4 pm and close at 8 pm.

QUIET HOURS:

All van & RV campers must adhere to the 9 pm-6 am quiet hours. Loud noises and bright lights of any sort must be turned off by 9 pm and not turned on again until 6 am. There is a strict no-generator rule during these hours. If any of these rules are broken the Event Staff has the right to remove you from the property at any given time with no refund. Please be respectful of your fellow campers as well as our neighbors.

GENERATORS:

Generators are allowed but MUST be turned off during quiet hours.

SECURITY:

No security will be provided in the van/RV area. Camper takes full responsibility for the security of their belongings/valuables at all times.

PET POLICY:

Ride Rock Creek allows pets in the pit/parking/van & RV area but pets MUST be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended at any time. Clean up after your pet(s). Ride Rock Creek reserves the right to ask for your pet(s) to be removed at any given time.

TRASH:

All trash, ground litter, waste, etc. must be cleaned from the vendor space and regularly taken to the dumpster. Failure to comply may result in a minimum $200 fine.
